Shipping Policy for DME Respitory

At DME Respitory, we work hard to make sure that your supplies and Breathing equipment arrive at your location promptly, safely, and whenever feasible without breaking the bank. Here, the details for our shipping policies, delivery options and time along with some essential information that you should know.


Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

All orders over $49 within the continental United States qualify for free shipping. UPS ships the majority of packages, but we reserve the right to employ other carriers if needed. Standard Free Shipping takes 3-10 business days. Please note that due to the current shipping situation, there might be delays within peak seasons or any weather interference. 


Freight Forwarding Services Policy

We no longer use freight forwarding companies to handle orders in order to guard against possible fraudulent activities. For customers who want to have their order shipped internationally, kindly get in touch with us for delivery to an authorized residential or business address only. 


CPAP/PAP Devices – Signature Required

Products which include CPAP or PAP devices will only be shipped by order with an adult signature. Make sure that someone will be at home to receive it because FedEx won’t just drop these things off and leave without anyone to sign for it.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Options

We provide a number of shipping options via reliable carriers:

  • Standard Free Shipping (3-10 business days)
  • FedEx Standard & Priority Overnight
  • USPS Priority & Express
  • International Shipping (including FedEx International and USPS)


Important Note:
FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, thus if your address is a P.O. Box, we will ship by USPS.


Delivery Times & When You Can Expect Your Order
  • Standard Free Shipping: 3–10 business days following order processing for standard free shipping.
  • Overnight/Express Shipping:  Available for a surcharge. The following business day will be used to process orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST.
  • International Shipping: Depending on the country of destination, delivery may take 5–15 business days.

Domestic Shipping Details
  • With the exception of weekends and holidays, orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.
  • For an extra charge, the majority of expedited providers offer Saturday and holiday delivery choices.
  • You will also be receiving email notifications that contain tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Express & Overnight Shipping

We provide a number of expedited shipping choices, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Express delivery is an option for the purchase and apart from this, products that need a prescription are also to be forwarded before they can be shipped through these facilities.

Saturday delivery is $2.00 more per package, but it is advisable to contact the carrier for this particular service in your area.


International Shipping

We now provide inexpensive international shipping for any respiratory equipment. 

  • Tracking information: Delivery times may vary based on the destination country’s customs processes. 
  • Flat-rate shipping : Information tracking is likely to be constrained in some countries by time and scope. Express shipping is advised for quicker arrival, although flat-rate shipping takes longer (10–21 business days).

Lithium Battery Shipping Policy

Lithium batteries must be enclosed in a CPAP or PAP equipment in order to be sent overnight, per DOT and FAA requirements. Please do not hesitate to reach us if you have any questions about lithium battery shipments.

  • Free shipping is for the lower 48 states of the continental United States only and does not include Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Shipping Charges for expedited services are non refundable.
  • Weather, customs, or shipping problems are the examples of delays caused by carriers for which we are not liable.
