Once you know what program you want, you can set the ramp time, giving you the option of zero to sixty minutes to adjust to the pressurized airflow. This allows patients to adapt to the changes naturally and helps prevent any complications when administering the pressurized airflow.
Continuous pressure is ideal for patients who have less variance in their breathing, providing a gentle, consistent airflow. The Auto PAP is better for patients who have more frequent obstructions and helps meet the changes in their breathing patterns automatically.
